Job Overview

Island Tower Electromechanical Works LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive

Civil Team Lead

to supervise and manage site teams on

infrastructure and civil construction projects

. The ideal candidate should have expertise in

excavation works, shuttering works, road works

, and candidates with relevant

building sector experience

will also be considered. The role requires a strong leader capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage civil site engineers and supervisors across multiple project sites. Plan, monitor, and oversee

excavation, shuttering, concreting, and road work activities

. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and other teams to ensure integrated project delivery. Ensure effective allocation and supervision of manpower, equipment, and materials. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely completion. Enforce

safety protocols and site compliance

with company and legal regulations. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update senior management. Resolve technical challenges and site issues efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or equivalent.

Graduated before 2015

, with

10+ years of experience

in civil construction, preferably in infrastructure or mixed-use projects. Strong expertise in

excavation, shuttering, road construction

, and related civil works. Candidates from

building sector with above experience

will also be considered. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

; experience gained in

India preferred

. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to multitask and manage project teams. Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities. Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Familiarity with Primavera or other scheduling software is a plus.
