Role Mission

Build and maintain a high-quality creator pipeline across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman), convert briefs into influencer campaigns, and deliver measurable exposure and lead-generation results at controlled cost.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Scouting & Outreach

Identify and connect with creators, agencies, and MCNs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Run structured outreach and maintain a reusable influencer database.

Partnerships & Dealmaking

Understand campaign briefs and prepare influencer proposals. Compare quotes, assemble tiered packages, and negotiate terms (exclusivity, rights, usage, whitelisting). Manage contract closure and compliance.

Campaign Execution

Coordinate content scripts, posting calendars, and deliverables. Support on-ground activations with dealers, events, test drives, and motorsport community meets. Track campaign go-lives and ensure smooth delivery.

Platform & Media Collaboration

Work with platforms for support (whitelisting, boosting, live rights). Coordinate with internal ad teams for Spark/boost amplification.

Performance & Reporting

Provide regular reports on reach, engagement, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and sales impact. Share insights for continuous campaign optimization.

Relationship Management

Build long-term partnerships with top creators. Manage incentives, rebookings, and co-creation opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or business development. Strong network in the creator/influencer ecosystem across the Middle East. Solid negotiation and deal-closing skills. Knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and paid media amplification. Passion for automotive, motorsport, and regional car culture. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
