Job Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Develop long term and short-term Sales strategies in order to have profitable and long term business association with OEMs and Dealerships. Coordinate for commercials related discussion with OEMs/ Dealers.
xc2xb7 Generate new sales from a portfolio of accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
xc2xb7 Identify new potential customers within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities.
xc2xb7 Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and its products.
xc2xb7 Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
xc2xb7 Maintain awareness of the market (clients, competitors, suppliers) and use any relevant information to increase the conversion rate.
xc2xb7 Maintain awareness of development in sales process and product development.
xc2xb7 Sales forecasting by monthly/Quarterly wise and ensure Sales plan execution
xc2xb7 Achieve assigned sales for our products in the assigned territory; operate within assigned expense, budget and achieve new product sales program .
xc2xb7 Network and gathering competition information and advice management with significant market information.
xc2xb7 Liaise internally with all Designers and Product engineers and report new product ideas.
xc2xb7 The role will involve commercial, operational & financial responsibility across the vertical.
Eligibility Criteria:
xc2xb7 Education: Bachelors degree in Engineer & MBA Marketing & Sales
xc2xb7 Experience in Automotive industry only- Experience in Automotive Accessories
xc2xb7 Experience: 15 years in automotive Industry like entertainment system, body kits, interior accessories, sensors, badges, leather products, wireless charging, HUDs, etc
