Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities for the organization.
Identify and approach corporate clients, fleet owners, insurance companies, and individual customers for service contracts and partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the operations and service team to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.
Prepare regular business development reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive, services, or FMCG sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer base.
Mandatory Requirement:
Valid UAE Driving License
Own Car (Compulsory for this role)
