Processing of industrial returns from all branches (e.g. recalls, initial stockpiling, breakage and expiration claims).
Initiation of complaints and telephone contact with suppliers.
Returning returns to the industry using the outgoing book.
Acceptance and processing of credit notes as well as complaint processing in the event of missing credit notes.

Job Requirements
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in a retail environment.
Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity is desirable, e.g. as a warehouse/logistics employee (m/f/d).
A friendly and professional demeanor when contacting people on the telephone is a given for you.
You are flexible, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have knowledge of using inventory management programs.
