Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible

Driver cum Assistant

to support our CCTV installation team. This role involves driving to client locations, assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment, and supporting technicians with on-site installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties:

Drive company vehicles to transport the installation team, tools, and equipment to various client locations. Ensure timely and safe transportation, following traffic rules and company protocols. Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the assigned vehicle. Handle logistics such as route planning and managing delivery/installation schedules.

Installation Assistance:

Assist technicians with carrying, setting up, and packing CCTV equipment. Support with installation activities, such as mounting cameras, running cables, and holding tools or ladders. Help with basic tasks under the guidance of the technician (e.g., drilling, holding cable reels). Manage tools and inventory during site visits.

Administrative & Support:

Maintain records of daily travel, fuel usage, and equipment movement. Coordinate with the team for material pickup and deliveries from vendors or warehouses. Provide general support to the technical team as required.

Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:

Valid UAE driver's license (LMV) with a clean driving record. 1-3 years of driving experience (preferably in a technical service company). Experience or interest in technical work (wiring, tools, installations) is a plus.

Skills:

Safe driving habits and good knowledge of local routes. Physically fit and able to lift equipment or work on ladders. Basic understanding of electrical or cabling work is an advantage. Good communication and team coordination skills. Punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly attitude.

Working Conditions:

May require early morning departures or late returns based on site work. Outdoor work at various client premises, including residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Some weekend or holiday availability may be required depending on project urgency.
