MISSION: Assurer la gestion des équipes des animateurs et contrôleurs Assurer les audits monitoring de sa zone avec le suivi des plans d'action Assurer le respect des indicateurs de performance site & optimisation des CoNQ Assurer la mise à jour des tableaux APSYS Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et de l'efficience Assurer le traitement des défauts majeurs, QRQC ligne et EPU Assurer le contrôle qualité conformément aux instructions de travail, CLC, planche, Rex.... Assurer l'enregistrement des défauts qualité sur la base, rapport journalier et afficher les indicateurs qualité Assurer la création et mise à jour des checks liste de contrôle et PV Assurer l'archivage physique et informatique des fiches suiveuses, DLC Stopper le process en cas de défauts majeurs, outillage non conforme, Non-respect du produit... Veiller sur les 5S des postes de travail de son équipe de travail et sur l'utilisation adéquate du matériel et des équipements

Formation academique: Bac +5, Master, ou ingénieur industriel en filère technique

Expérience 3 ans d'expérience en qualité dans l'industrie automobile, aéronautique Une expérience en management transverse et hiérarchique

Compétences techniques: Bon niveau de communication francais, anglais Maitrise des outils qualité (8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 why...) Dynamique, rigoureux(se), motivé(e) et team player.
