Ensure the non-conformity and risk analysis via Process FMEA.
Drive the implementation of the quality control plan using the REX of former projects.
Improve the quality level of the processes:
Analyze & launch actions to improve product quality.
Escalate major anomalies detected in the production lines & ensure effective handling (using QRQC, Ishikawa, 5why's problem solving tools).
Support production with quality issues:
Stop production in case of defects that require repair.
Support production to develop self-inspection.
Drive the implementation of quality animation methodology, in line with the continuous improvement system.
Drive the control process.
Manage & develop the industrial quality team according to the Q-School process matrix (Training / qualification).
Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope
Monitoring of indicators.
DPU: Defects per Unit reduction (10 % per year).
CONQ objective for CONQ S1.1.
Will report to the Quality Manager Educational requirements:
Master degree or Industrial Engineering diploma
Experience
7 Years of professional experience in Quality (Supplier Quality is a must) within industrial company
Team management experience
Competencies and skills
Good level of written and spoken French and English
