MISSIONS: Manage Industrial Quality activities in relevant workshop (IQ team + process + KPI). Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework. Participate to process FMEA definition. Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with REX of previous project execution. Ensure customer approval, documents validation & compliance of the manufactured products before shipping. Perform Line Quality Animation with cross function team. Manage problem solving. Records inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed follow-up. Perform first characterization & manage NCRs for non-compliant products for internal responsibility. Have ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support. Support manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit, ...) & Position Quality Animation with EPU manager. Ensure the internal monitoring audits and follow the action plan effectiveness Participate in the monthly KPI meeting Reach the APSYS scoring according to the plant objectives Educational requirements: Master degree or Industrial Engineering diploma

Experience 2 Years of professional experience in Quality within industrial company

Competencies and skills Good level of written and spoken French and English Quality tools management (8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, 5 why...) FMEA and control plan management Dynamic, rigorous and motivated, team player, very good interpersonal skills
