Job Overview



We are seeking a

motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive

to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

fit-out and interior solutions

, with the ability to manage walk-in clients, handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and support the external sales team. This is an

office-based role

requiring excellent communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a client-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to

walk-in and inbound inquiries

regarding interior fit-out products and services. Present and explain

product offerings, service capabilities, and material options

to potential clients. Prepare, issue, and follow up on

quotations, sales proposals, and related documentation

. Maintain a solid understanding of

fit-out materials

, finishes, and industry trends. Collaborate with

designers, estimators, and project teams

to provide timely and accurate information to clients. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage

repeat business and referrals

. Track and update

customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status

using CRM tools. Assist in meeting

monthly sales targets

and contribute to overall business development. Support the

outdoor sales team

with lead generation, client coordination, and administrative follow-ups as required.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education:



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design

, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:



4 years

of experience in

indoor sales

, preferably within the

fit-out, furniture, or interior design

industry in

Qatar

.

Skills:



Strong verbal and written

communication and sales skills

. Good understanding of

fit-out services, materials, and technical aspects

of interior solutions. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and

CRM platforms

; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
