Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Indoor Sales Executive

with experience in the

fit-out and interior solutions industry

to join our growing team in

Doha, Qatar

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, managing inbound inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the external sales team. This role is office-based but requires strong product knowledge, persuasive communication skills, and a deep understanding of fit-out materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

walk-in and inbound inquiries

from clients related to fit-out products and services. Present product offerings and service capabilities to potential customers in a clear and professional manner. Prepare and follow up on

quotations, proposals, and sales documentation

. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

fit-out materials, finishes, and market trends

. Coordinate closely with

designers, estimators, and project teams

to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize repeat business. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Assist in achieving

monthly sales targets

and contributing to overall business growth. Support the outdoor sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

Experience

: Minimum

2-4 years

of

indoor sales or client-facing experience

in the

fit-out or interior design industry

, preferably in Qatar.

Skills

: Strong

sales and communication skills

, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to understand and explain

technical aspects of fit-out services and materials

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

, CRM systems, and basic design software is a plus. Fluent in

English

; knowledge of

Arabic

is an advantage. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
