Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and minimize food wastage.
Train, supervise, and support junior kitchen staff when required.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
Stay updated with culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to the menu.
