We are looking for a skilled Indian Chef who specializes in authentic Indian dishes for lunch and dinner service. The chef should be able to prepare a variety of North and South Indian meals with traditional flavors, high quality, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily Indian dishes (veg & non-veg) such as sabzis, dals, biryanis, curries, rotis, parathas, rice, etc.
Maintain authentic taste and presentation across all meals.
Plan weekly and monthly rotating menus with variety and seasonal ingredients.
Ensure proper portioning, freshness, and kitchen cleanliness.
Work with kitchen team to meet prep and packaging timelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Indian cooking (tiffin, catering, or restaurant).
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, techniques, and recipes.
Ability to prepare food in bulk with consistency.
Clean and professional work habits.
Team player with a passion for Indian cuisine.
