We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef specializing in both Indian and Chinese cuisine for our busy restaurant in Aziziyah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic dishes from both cuisines, with a focus on quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities Prepare a wide range of North Indian, South Indian, and Indo-Chinese dishes (e.g., biryani, butter chicken, Hakka noodles, Manchurian). Ensure kitchen operations meet Saudi hygiene and safety standards (Baladiya compliance). Manage food inventory, minimize waste, and maintain cost control. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed. Adapt recipes to local tastes while preserving authenticity. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Indian and Chinese cooking (restaurant/hotel experience preferred). Expertise in spice blends, tandoori, Sichuan, and Indo-Chinese fusion dishes. Knowledge of Halal food preparation and Saudi food regulations. Must hold a valid iqama (transferable) and Baladiya card.
