Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located in Dubai. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, promoting training programs, and assisting clients with course registrations and inquiries.
Qualifications
Customer service, Sales, and Communication skills Knowledge of healthcare training programs and certifications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions Excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Fluency in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
