Role Overview
We're hiring an on-site Inbound Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our Dubai campus. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients: answering enquiries, promoting courses, supporting registrations, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.
Explain course content, schedules, fees, and certification details to prospects.
Convert enquiries into confirmed registrations and follow up on leads.
Assist clients with the enrolment process and payment transactions.
Log interactions and update records in CRM systems.
Work with trainers and operations to resolve participant queries and ensure a smooth learner experience.
Meet individual and team sales targets while upholding service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven customer service and sales experience; familiarity with healthcare training is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or similar systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Previous experience in an inbound sales/support role preferred.
