Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and multilingual
Call Center Agent
to join our growing aesthetics and beauty team. The ideal candidate will be fluent inArabic, Russian, and English
, with prior experience inaesthetic clinics or beauty services
.Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic, Russian, and English. Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments and clinic services. Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups with clients. Maintain client records and ensure excellent customer experience. Coordinate with the operations and front desk teams to ensure smooth client flow. Meet monthly targets for bookings, consultations, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Call Center Agent
orCustomer Service Representative
in theaesthetics, beauty, or medical field
. Fluent inArabic, Russian, and English
(spoken and written). Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.What We Offer:
