Role Overview:

The

Customer Service & Sales Representative

plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients while driving sales performance. This position requires fluency in Arabic, familiarity with the Forex or financial markets, and strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Provide accurate information regarding the company's financial products and services. Address customer needs and concerns with patience and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain client records and update CRM systems accurately.

Sales Responsibilities

Contact potential clients and present available services and offerings. Follow up with leads, convert prospects into clients, and meet monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that improve customer acquisition and retention.

Market Knowledge & Product Familiarity

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Forex market and trading platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors. Assist clients with navigating platforms such as MT4/MT5.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the financial or trading industry.

Skills:

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) - Mandatory

Proficiency in English is a plus. Knowledge of Forex or financial markets -

Mandatory

Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) Multilingual skills are an advantage Prior experience in a financial services firm
