Fortune Destinations Tourism LLC is a dynamic and expanding tourism company based in Dubai, known for offering exceptional tour experiences and customer service. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to manage our front desk, handle inquiries, and drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Promote and sell Dubai tour packages, excursions, and services Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets Maintain booking records, follow-ups, and client communications Coordinate with operations and drivers for smooth service delivery Support day-to-day administrative tasks at the front desk
Requirements:

Open to both male and female candidates 1-2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) Basic computer and email handling skills Presentable, well-organized, and goal-oriented
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month + commission on confirmed bookings UAE work visa provided Opportunities for professional growth within the tourism industry
