Summary
As the In-Room Dining Supervisor at Delano Dubai, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the in-room dining department. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience within the comfort of their rooms.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Training:

• Supervise and motivate the In-Room Dining team to deliver outstanding service.

Conduct daily briefings, ensuring all team members are informed about daily specials, guest preferences, and operational updates.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
Guest Service Excellence:
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a personalized approach to service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Operational Management:
Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-room dining stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Quality Control & Standards:
Inspect food and beverage presentations to ensure they meet Delano's high standards.
Implement and uphold service protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in every guest interaction.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team attendance.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback.
Prepare reports on departmental performance, inventory usage, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
