As part of its development, the UIR, College Management is recruiting on its behalf A Manager of the Administrative Organization of the Development Department Mission Your mission will be to manage all the administrative aspects related to the development department. In this capacity, you will be responsible for: . Managing the relationship with the participants of continuing education . Ensuring all the administrative relations with the participants and informing them of the possibilities of assistance with the financing of continuing education . Being a permanent listener to the participants . Preparing the materials, attendance sheets, assessment sheets and questionnaires . Informing the participants in time and by all possible means of the planning, changes in the timetable and the absences of the speakers . Ensuring the production and reproduction of the educational materials . Checking the attendance of the participants . Assigning training rooms . Feed the electronic platform with course support . Communicate to participants the materials, guides, passwords, codes and other educational tools . Inform the participants about the schedule of the defenses . Manage the relationship with the speakers: . Maintain the administrative information base of the speakers . Follow the timetables with the speakers . Ensure the administrative relations with the speakers . Follow up the speakers by telephone / email for the weekly training . Follow up the speakers for the training materials . Send and collect copies of the PFE from the speakers . Manage the relationship with the coordinator, the person in charge and the director of Continuing Education . Enter participants' absences each week and send the summary of absences at the end of the month to the person in charge of studies . Administer and recover attendance, evaluation, PFE follow-up sheets, vacations and all administrative management documents for continuing education . Set up regulations, follow up with financial services on vacations for the month and manage claims arising therefrom . Manage administrative documents related to same memo res . Establish a summary of dissertations by type of continuing education . Organize defenses Training profile Bac + 4/5 with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position and a good knowledge of OFPPT-
