Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers. Support the development of purchasing plans in coordination with department managers. Perform price calculations and cost comparisons for imported products. Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate product-related information. Communicate regularly with local and international suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate customs clearance activities and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers. Handle additional office and import-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis. Educational background relevant to the role, such as business administration or a related field. Higher education qualification is preferred.
