As an Import-Export Sales Intern, you will assist the sales and international trade teams in identifying market opportunities, supporting client engagements, and gaining hands-on exposure to global trade operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about international business development, import/export markets, and cross-border sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in researching international markets and identifying potential clients.
Assist in generating and qualifying leads for import-export services.
Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and trade documentation for clients.
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to support client communications.
Participate in market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist with export-import documentation and compliance support, learning key trade procedures.
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
Collaborate in the preparation of reports and sales performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong interest in global trade, sales, and market strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and research abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
