We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Import & Export Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade and a proven track record of generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Conduct market research and identify global trade opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and trade events.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and documentation standards.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth execution.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export sales or business development.
Strong knowledge of global trade practices and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
