Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Import & Export Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships across international markets, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for import/export products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and international partners. Conduct market research to understand global trade trends and customer needs. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and digital outreach. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pricing structures to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, terms of sales, and payment agreements in compliance with global trade laws. Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of export/import processes. Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and report to management. Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs laws, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in import/export sales or international business development. Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Foreign language skills (optional but preferred depending on the market focus).
