Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Import Export Sales Manager to oversee and drive international sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing international markets, managing global client relationships, and ensuring smooth import/export operations in compliance with trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the company's global market share. Identify and build relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners. Manage the import and export processes, including documentation, logistics coordination, and customs compliance. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients and suppliers. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to drive improvements and business growth. Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and product development to meet customer expectations. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in import/export and international sales. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple global accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluency in 2-3 language is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
