We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our healthcare team on Nauru Island. The successful candidate will provide high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support systems.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
Assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and ensure timely interventions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Operate and maintain ICU equipment in accordance with safety standards.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Participate in infection control, safety, and quality improvement programs.
Assist in training and mentoring local nursing staff when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution.
Valid nursing license and eligibility.
Minimum 2-3 years of ICU or critical care experience (adult or mixed ICU).
Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent).
Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility and cultural sensitivity to work effectively in a small island setting.
