Reservation Supervisor

At HyperSpace, we are looking for an outstanding Reservation Supervisor with experience supervising team members and all operation activities in the department to meet business targets. You'll work closely with the Senior management team to continuously develop service goals.

What you will do:

• Ensure all team members obtain appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job.
• Define reservation procedures and review target goals for team to ensure meeting the business needs.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports to management.
• Manage systems that are set up within the reservations department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring phone calls and emails.
• Track all booking reservations from online channels and other third-party partners.
• Carries out performance monitoring, measurement and evaluation on a regular basis of all team members to improve efficiency.
• Guide and supervise team on daily task to ensure a consistently high quality of work.
• Achieving customer satisfaction and respond to all customer reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate service at all times.

Other skills required as a Reservation Supervisor include:

• English speaking, Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with any reservation ticketing software such as VGS is a plus.
• Exposure in slack, hubspot, google workspace, Apple products and Monday.com is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Leadership qualities and proven experience supervising teams up to 10 people.

Required skills/experience to be successful:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as Senior Reservation/ Reservation Supervisor, preferably within hotel, travel & tours agency, restaurant, or ticketing attraction park.
• Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written in English).
• Experience in managing inventory allocation and volume planning.
• Proven skills in business management, understanding revenue
• Experience in staff shifting planning and review reports from staff.
