Execute scheduled preventative maintenance, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and component inspections, to avert unexpected failures and extend equipment lifespan.
Interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals accurately to identify component locations, understand system functions, and facilitate effective repairs.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of new hydraulic systems and components on cone crushers, guaranteeing correct operation and system integration.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians or operators, imparting knowledge and expertise to develop their skills.
Requirements:
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical degree or certification in hydraulics or a related field is highly desirable.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with cone crushers, specifically Metso, Sandvik, or Power Screen equipment.
Displays proficiency in reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics, technical manuals, and other technical documentation.
Possesses the physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including the ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying weather conditions.
