Our client, a reputable facilities management service provider, is currently seeking an

experienced HVAC Supervisor with strong Facilities Management (FM) expertise

for a health center project in Doha.

This is a

short-term contract

with the possibility of extension. Candidates who are

available to join immediately

will be highly preferred.

Doha, Qatar

Employment Type:

Contract - 1 Month (Extendable based on performance and project requirements)

Gross Salary:

QAR 3,500 (All-inclusive)

Working Hours:

8 hours/day + 1-hour break

Working Days:

6 days/week

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily

HVAC operation and maintenance activities

within the health center facility Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation, and exhaust systems Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards Coordinate with maintenance technicians and FM teams to ensure timely resolution of HVAC-related issues Monitor breakdowns and ensure prompt corrective actions to minimize downtime Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and daily reports Ensure all HVAC works comply with

QHSE standards

and healthcare facility regulations Support technicians with hands-on guidance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures Liaise with subcontractors and service providers as required to maintain uninterrupted facility operations
Requirements

Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum

5 years of experience

in HVAC maintenance within Facilities Management Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive/corrective maintenance Ability to supervise teams and manage site activities independently Good communication and reporting skills Immediate availability is a strong advantage
