Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating the costs of HVAC projects, preparing detailed cost plans, and providing accurate quantity take-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate HVAC cost estimates ensuring that the company is in maximum benefit, including material, labor, and equipment costs for new installations, repairs, and system upgrades.

- Tendering & Bidding: Review project specifications, drawings, and other contract documents to produce comprehensive bids and tenders.

- Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct precise quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, ensuring the appropriate materials and resources are included in project estimates.

- Cost Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and monitor project costs and financial performance, identifying any variances and proposing corrective actions where necessary.

- Project Support: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that all cost-related aspects of the project are aligned with client requirements and project objectives.

- Supplier/Contractor Liaison: Obtain quotes from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and value for money and full coordination.

- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, contracts, and other project-related documents for future reference and auditing purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and the materials involved.

Requirement:

- Immediately available to start the work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
