The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer to lead HVAC-focused retrofit projects and energy audits across commercial buildings in the UAE. You'll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, proposing cost-effective solutions, and driving implementation to support our clients' energy-saving and sustainability goals.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-depth HVAC energy audits and identify practical energy-saving measures. Lead energy audits to assess and identify energy inefficiencies in commercial buildings. Design and execute retrofit projects from planning through commissioning Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and implementation timelines Liaise with stakeholders to align projects with operational and sustainability targets Recommend and evaluate emerging energy-efficient technologies Provide technical support and performance tracking for installed solutions

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering or related field 7+ years of total experience in energy or building performance engineering 4+ years in HVAC energy efficiency 3+ years in energy audits and retrofit implementation 2+ years of project management experience (budgets, schedules, reporting) Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders Solid understanding of UAE energy codes and standards Valid UAE driving license Preferred: CEM, CEA, or CMVP certifications

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
