Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales - Energy Efficiency Engineer to promote and sell energy-saving solutions and retrofit services for commercial buildings across the UAE. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in energy efficiency and strong sales acumen. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand client needs, propose tailored energy solutions, and drive business growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the field of energy efficiency and retrofitting. Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer requirements. Prepare and present customized energy-saving proposals and commercial offers to clients. Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions. Maintain relationships with consultants, facility managers, and other key stakeholders. Track and follow up on leads, quotations, and project opportunities to ensure sales conversion. Stay updated with emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory standards in energy efficiency. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to support business planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in energy efficiency, HVAC, or building services. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy audits, and energy conservation techniques. Proven experience in preparing commercial proposals and engaging in client negotiations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and commercial. Self-motivated with strong sales and customer relationship management abilities. Knowledge of UAE energy efficiency regulations and sustainability initiatives. Certifications such as CEM, CEA, or CMVP will be a plus. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
