Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

HVAC Design and Estimation Engineer

to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC system design, estimation, and cost analysis for commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for reviewing design documents, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver competitive project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze all HVAC drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Design HVAC systems using industry standards and software tools. Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals and submit timely estimates in response to RFPs. Maintain and update estimating databases, cost histories, and pricing records. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather pricing and scope information. Support the project team during pre-bid and post-bid activities. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Participate in value engineering and project optimization discussions.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech / B.E) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in HVAC Design and Estimation within construction, contracting, or MEP industries.
