Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and fair workplace.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities accurately and on time.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
Conduct performance appraisals and support managers in performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies across all HR practices.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support decision-making.
Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
