or any fast-paced sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various departments, especially real estate sales, leasing, and support roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports
Develop strong pipelines of qualified talent for future hiring needs
Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events
Support employer branding initiatives across platforms and channels
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is mandatory
Proven 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (real estate or sales hiring experience is a strong plus)
Strong understanding of the UAE market
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment activities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
