Human Resources Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations
- Proficiency in payroll management and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Experience in developing HR strategies and coordinating employee training programs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is highly preferred
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
