Human Resources Manager / Recruiter
to lead our hiring efforts and oversee all HR functions.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced HR professional who can
manage the full employee lifecycle
-- from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations. This individual will play a key role in shaping our company culture, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across both our driving and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
entire hiring process
for all positions (drivers, dispatchers, customer service, operations, and corporate roles).
Write and post job ads, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Develop and maintain effective onboarding and training programs.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain employee records and HR systems (applications, background checks, licenses, etc.).
Work closely with management to anticipate staffing needs and develop retention strategies.
Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR policy updates (if applicable).
Promote a positive workplace culture built on professionalism, accountability, and respect.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of HR management and recruiting experience
, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and recruiting tools.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience hiring drivers or licensed personnel is a strong plus.
