As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will guide initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and cultural transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Integrate HR initiatives with organizational priorities such as succession planning and strategic talent alignment.
Use workforce analytics to support planning and decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
Lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
Drive performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Organizational Development
Lead change management initiatives that align with evolving business needs.
Conduct organizational assessments to recommend structural or cultural improvements.
Improve organizational agility and overall effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Culture
Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in company values.
Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, employee relations, and compliance issues.
Partner with leadership to enhance team dynamics and employee experiences.
Data-Driven HR Practices
Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and monitor HR effectiveness.
Stay up to date on trends, tools, and innovations in HR to foster continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, ethical standards, and internal policies.
Support risk mitigation and continuity planning through comprehensive workforce strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred*). HR certification preferred (e.g.,
SHRM-SCP
,
SPHR
).
15+ years
of progressive HR experience, including
5+ years
in a strategic leadership role.
Proven track record in strategic planning, change management, and talent development.
In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and current HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Proficient with
HRIS systems
and HR analytics tools.
