Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Human Resource Manager (Female)

to join our team in Qatar. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and effectively. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, in-depth HR knowledge, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee retention. Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws. Supervise performance management systems and support line managers in employee evaluations. Develop training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth. Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll, benefits, and leave management. Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations in Qatar. Foster a positive workplace culture, encouraging diversity and employee engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

4 years of HR management experience

, preferably in Qatar or GCC. Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office Suite. Female candidates are strongly preferred for this role. Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
