Hsse Officer
Job Description
Ø English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4
Ø Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows
Ø Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ø Good Interpersonal skills and willingness to work with people at all levels.
Ø Produce, interpret, and cascade the relevant HSSE related procedures and guidelines to implement the defined HSSE Standards.
Ø Manage and conduct the training of personnel in relevant HSSE topics, which typically includes but not be limited to HSSE Induction, PTW, Working at Height,
Ø Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Road Safety and Basic Fire Fighting.
Ø Support and challenge the development of Job Safety Analysis of engineering tasks as required.
Ø Implement HSSE Plan and conduct HSSE audits and inspections.
Ø Obtain, interpret and report HSSE statistics.
Requirements
Degree or HND in relative discipline or its equivalent. Must have NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent IOSH certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
5 years of experience in the petrochemical/oil and gas, petroleum refining or power generation industry
