Hse Officer (with Adnoc Approved)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and local regulations. Monitor and implement project-specific HSE plans and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. Report unsafe practices and conditions; recommend corrective actions. Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors. Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures. Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives during site inspections. Maintain proper documentation as per ADNOC requirements. Ensure use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices on-site.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
ADNOC Approval:
Must have valid ADNOC HSE Officer Approval (attach copy with CV).Certifications:
NEBOSH IGC is mandatory. Other HSE certifications (e.g., IOSH, OSHA) are a plus.Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in oil & gas projects, preferably within the UAE.Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science with HSE qualifications.Languages:
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment. Competency in preparing HSE documentation and reports.
