Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

HSE Officer with ADNOC Approval

to join our team on ongoing and upcoming ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HSE procedures in line with ADNOC standards and be capable of implementing safety measures effectively to ensure compliance, prevent incidents, and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, policies, and procedures at the project site. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure risk control measures are in place. Prepare and review HSE documentation including risk assessments, PTW (Permit to Work), and method statements. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training to workers and staff. Monitor site activities and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times. Participate in incident investigations and prepare detailed reports as per ADNOC guidelines. Maintain all required HSE documentation, checklists, reports, and logs. Coordinate with ADNOC HSE representatives, consultants, and subcontractors. Support implementation of emergency response procedures and drills. Promote a strong safety culture at the workplace.

Requirements:

ADNOC Approval as HSE Officer

(mandatory) Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science discipline NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory) Minimum [3-7] years of relevant HSE experience in oil & gas or industrial construction projects Strong knowledge of ADNOC codes, HSE policies, and local regulations Good communication, leadership, and documentation skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
