Job Summary

:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

HSE Officer

with ADNOC approval to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across Oil & Gas project sites. The role requires strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, risk management, site inspection, and incident investigation procedures in accordance with UAE HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Implement and maintain HSE Management System (HSE-MS) as per ADNOC and international standards. Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions. Perform daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure compliance with ADNOC Codes of Practice (CoP) and other legal requirements. Investigate incidents, prepare reports (near-miss, unsafe acts/conditions), and recommend preventive measures. Support PTW (Permit to Work) system and ensure proper implementation and closure. Participate in HSE audits, risk assessments (JSA/JHA), and emergency response drills. Liaise with ADNOC HSE representatives and attend client safety meetings. Maintain and update HSE records, documentation, and reports. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among site personnel.

Requirements

as HSE Officer (Mandatory).

Minimum 5 years

of HSE experience in the

Oil & Gas industry

. NEBOSH IGC / IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications. Familiar with ADNOC HSE procedures and reporting tools. Strong knowledge of UAE and international HSE regulations. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
