Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies across interior fit-out project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure preventive measures are in place.
Ensure compliance with legal and company HSE standards, guidelines, and requirements.
Carry out risk assessments and enforce corrective actions where necessary.
Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks to workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain proper documentation of all HSE activities, reports, and inspections.
Coordinate with project, site, and management teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise with authorities during audits, inspections, and in case of any incident.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC HSE regulations and industry best practices.
