ABT Steel Contracting LLC, a leading construction company based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on-site as per NEBOSH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures on-site in compliance with NEBOSH standards.

- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks.

- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for site personnel.

- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.

- Prepare and submit detailed safety reports to the management.

- Ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date and organized.

- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.

Requirements:

- Certified NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health).

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working on-site in the UAE.

- Knowledge of steel structures and construction safety.

- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.

- Strong documentation and organizational skills.

- Willingness to work on-site and ensure a safe working environment.
