Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
Report and document safety incidents and near-misses.
Provide regular HSE training and toolbox talks.
Assist in the development and enforcement of safety procedures.
Maintain HSE logs, permits, and inspection records.
Coordinate emergency drills and support emergency preparedness.
Provide guidance to junior HSE staff and site supervisors.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
NEBOSH IGC or relevant HSE certifications.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an HSE role.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and best practices.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
