We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer with experience in the Facilities Management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across facilities management operations.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize risks.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for staff, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain accurate records of HSE compliance, inspections, and incidents.
Collaborate with operations and facilities management teams to ensure adherence to safety standards in day-to-day activities.
Support sustainability initiatives and environmental management programs as part of HSE responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, ISO standards, and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office.
U.A.E Driving License.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
