Ensure implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on site.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide HSE training and toolbox talks to site staff and workers.
Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure HSE standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including HSE reports, permits, and safety logs.
Coordinate emergency response and first aid procedures when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in infrastructure projects, with hands-on involvement in roads, bridges, and general civil works.
Strong knowledge of construction safety measures, risk mitigation, and site safety regulations.
Familiarity with local safety legislation and international best practices.
RTA project experience is a strong advantage and will be given preference.
Relevant certifications in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.).
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Must be able to join within 1 month.
Driving License is mandatory
