To ensure the implementation of ADNOC's HSE policies and procedures on-site and to proactively monitor compliance with ADNOC standards to protect personnel, equipment, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce compliance with ADNOC HSE standards across all site activities.
Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental hazards.
Participate in daily toolbox talks (TBT), job safety analysis (JSA), and risk assessments.
Support the ADNOC PTW system by assisting with hazard identification and permit validation processes.
Respond to HSE incidents, conduct investigations, and submit reports in accordance with ADNOC procedures.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures by all personnel on site.
Conduct HSE inductions and briefings for new personnel and visitors.
Maintain records of safety meetings, drills, audits, and inspections.
Promote a strong HSE culture and proactive safety behavior at all levels of the workforce.
Liaise with ADNOC site HSE teams, subcontractors, and third-party safety officers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum
5 years of HSE experience
in the oil & gas sector, including ADNOC projects.
Must have worked on live plants or brownfield ADNOC sites (Habshan/Qushewaira/Mender/Shah preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent understanding of ADNOC HSE policies and PTW system.
Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
Familiar with emergency response procedures and drills.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Competent in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Ability to work independently in remote desert environments.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Ready to mobilize immediately.
Previous experience in ADNOC Onshore (Habshan/SQM fields).
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
